Mary has been working in the dental field for over 23 years. As our patients enter the office, they are greeted by her welcoming smile. Even among the frenzy of activities going on at the front desk, she always keeps a positive attitude and a warm demeanor. Mary grew up in the Virgin Islands and is happily married with three beautiful children. Her passion is cooking.

Kathy has worked with Dr. Behn at Plantation Smiles for 22 years. She brings her years of experience and kind personality to Elite Dental and Aesthetics. She is happy to assist our patients with scheduling, financial arrangements, insurance filing, or to answer any questions regarding treatment.

Mary recently celebrated her 24th year working alongside Dr Behn. She is happy to have spent these years with such a personable, competent doctor. The second half of her employment focused more on the cosmetic aspect of dentistry, and more recently, she's fortunate to work alongside Dr. Kossak. Her goal is to make sure your every visit is efficient and comfortable. Mary has one beautiful daughter who is in her second year at Florida State University.

Having a background in the medical profession as an EMT lead Michel to the dental profession and specifically to hygiene. She finds educating her patients about good oral hygiene and how it effects their overall health and well being extremely rewarding. She has worked with Dr. Behn for the past eight years. She is happily married and has two beautiful children.
