Always friendly and clean. No high pressure for further treatments just advice and facts which I really appreciate. Prompt service and I am always totally satisfied with results of my treatment whether its Dr Palermo or one of the hygienists.

I cannot say enough about Wachusett Family Dental. From the moment you walk through the front door to a smiling helpful staff to greet you and a lovely waiting room, I felt a sense of calm. I am petrified of dentists and have had a lot of dental work done. May I just say that Dr. Palermo is a unique, humble individual who also exudes a sense of calm. This was my first visit and I had researched the internet to find someone like him. We are new to the area and I was told by my previous denti...read morest that I needed to have a tooth extracted. How pleasantly surprised I was to find out that Dr. Palermo was able to save it without even doing a root canal. I never felt the novocaine needle and I had a few shots. I never had one ounce of pain during the whole procedure. He is kind, caring and attentive to what you have to say, His expertise and solutions to dental problems set him above the average. So glad a friend referred me to Watchusett Dental . Dr Palermo and the staff are awesome! They make my visits comfortable and stressless. That rarely happens for me so I very much appreciate their understanding and patience. In addition, they are always on time. How often does that happen??? Just a great group of people. If you are looking for a dentist, I STRONGLY recommend this one!

My kids, my husband and I have been coming here for over a year now; hands down best! The staff are always so warm and welcoming, extremely kid friendly ( toys, books, games and even electronics to entertain siblings!) The atmosphere is not only clean/spotless, but the décor Is amazing! I can tell a lot had been put into the business!

Are you leery of going to the dentist? You won't be once you go here. Relaxing atmosphere, wonderful staff and Dr Palermo has a great attitude and gentle touch. No waiting around for your appointment. Thank you! My teeth look and feel great. Wish I had known about you sooner.

I really like going to Dr. Palermo's office, they are always so nice there~ and on top of things... My mouth has never been happier...Deanne is so nice and friendly, like her a lot... Amber is so sweet and is always so pleasant and the best cleaner of teeth I have ever had.... Thank you, will definitely recommend your services....P.S. Dr Palermo is a great dentist...So glad we chose to go there......
