About our office

Wachusett Family Dental is a modern state of the art General Dental practice offering services to all ages. We have been in practice for eleven years and offer services such as dental cleanings, exams, digital x-rays, basic restorative work. We also perform extractions, root canals, periodontal work and fabrication of dentures. Our office accepts most major dental insurances, with the exception of Fallon and Mass Health.

" I cannot say enough about Wachusett Family Dental. From the moment you walk through the front door to a smiling helpful staff to greet you and a lovely waiting room, I felt a sense of calm. I am petrified of dentists and have had a lot of dental work done. May I just say that Dr. Palermo is a unique, humble individual who also exudes a sense of calm. How pleasantly surprised I was to find out that Dr. Palermo was able to save it without even doing a root canal. I never felt the novocaine needle and I had a few shots. I never had one ounce of pain during the whole procedure. He is kind, caring and attentive to what you have to say, His expertise and solutions to dental problems set him above the average. If I was able to select a higher star rating for him I would.
