The office staff were able to fit me in for an emergency appointment quickly. Treatment was completed same day and to my satisfaction. Administrative staff was welcoming and friendly. I will definitely be back again.

I have been a patient at South Bend Family Dentistry for 16 years, ever since Dr. Mai took over the practice. They have always been great to me and my mouth. Both my husband and I have had extensive cosmetic and restorative work done by Dr. Mai and it has been superb. The procedures and after care were top notch. I visit them from all the way across town because of the quality of care and expertise they provide. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Im from Florida, and I’ve been searching for a dentist up here that will actually listen to me & help with my Maryland bridge.I knew I was in the right place when I first walked into the office. The front desk girls were awesome. One of them actually printed out a coloring page and brought out some coloring things for my two-year-old. She literally sat there with him and kept him busy.Every single person in the office is friendly. The dentist had amazing bedside manner & was hilarious. He not on...read morely listen to my concerns, but didn’t try to push the more expensive options that I can’t afford. Which is all I felt the other dentist did. He fixed my bridge to where I feel like it’s finally secure for once, and won’t fall out. He even filed down the tooth on the other side to make it look aesthetically better. He did that at no charge! You can’t go anywhere these days and find service like that!The cost of cementing the bridge back in was cheaper than the other dentist as well. I have complete allegiance to this office now, I finally found my dentist.I never write reviews either, but I felt THAT strongly about this office. Dr. Mai is amazing. She's wonderful and caring. always open and honest. I hate the dentist normally but I have never had a bad experience here. I have witnessed her interaction with other patients and children and she's wonderful. The staff is amazing also!
