Amanda cleaned and polished my teeth. Then Dr. Mack came in and reviewed any problems, etc. Very relaxed and friendly - every time.

I had a minor issue with my upper implant. Dana fixed it with 100% satisfaction. Dr Mack and Dana have been wonderful from the beginning to the end of my implant surgery and care. I called them midday Tuesday and reported a crown that appeared to be loose. They made room for me the next morning at 8 am. Good thing....because the crown dislodged about 6 pm Tuesday night. AS USUAL, all in the office were wonderful. My crown was placed back in however, Dr. MacK unsatisfied with with what he assessed was the reason it fell out and is having the lab make another crown that he feels confident will correct the issue. It was always a fearful, dreaded experience that I did only because I had to. After a couple visits with this wonderful team, I can honestly say I can face it without a paralyzing fear in my heart because I know I will be treated will skill, kindness, and empathy.
