I've been a patient of Dr. Permalla's for nearly ten years now, and she and her staff have always been pleasant, professional and accommodating. I've referred people here left and right because the experience of being treated in this office is so much better, and more personal, than any other dental experience I've had. Dr. Permalla is also the most gentle dentist I've ever come across; she constantly checks in with her patients regarding their comfort level and is clearly intuitively attuned ...read moreto patient needs. Yet, despite being consistently impressed by the quality of care I've received, I haven't felt compelled to join the chorus of positive reviews... until now. Tonight, after my daughter chipped a significant portion of one of my front teeth, I called Dr. Permalla's office to leave a message requesting an appointment. Much to my surprise, the receptionist called back within a few minutes, after hours, and invited me to come in to have it addressed immediately. Shall we stop there? What an incredible gesture... Dr. Permalla proceeded to 'fix' my chipped tooth methodically and quickly, and with a smile, as she always does. The 'fixed' tooth is indistinguishable from the tooth it replaced.
