My daughter had a great experience. I enjoyed the fact that my daughter was comfortable abd relax with the hygienist and the actual dentist. She enjoyed her visit. and I as the parent recieved a good consultation as we proceeded into her exam

Let me first start off by saying I think I enjoyed this office better than my 2yr old son. Well maybe it was about equal..because he cried because he didn't want to leave. From the very moment we step into the office I felt welcome. Every..and I do mean every individual staff member in the office was friendly, patient and caring. I was coming in for a second opinion from another dentist (who told me my son had 4 cavities..ughh) and I felt like I had been coming there for years. They made my son ...read morefeel like he was the only priority at that time of our visit giving him their full attention. He was mad comfortable and at ease with the toys, movies, stickers and iPad and the friendliness off the staff. The staff dary on the floor with him and talk with him and when Dr. Parks came into the office...that's when my happiness begin. He comforted me with his words, patience and knowledge. Not one time did I feel rush and my questions was answered in detail. my daughters dental appointment today was great. the customer service by the dental tech was perfect and also great customer service from the actual dentist.

Yesterday, we had our first visit to Children's Dental World. What a lovely, child-friendly place!! Like many children's dentists, CDW had lots off toys in the waiting room and fun prizes to take home. But the biggest difference I saw was the staff. EVERY SINGLE staff member was incredibly child-focused, kind and friendly. Having visited a few pediatric dentists in Chicago, this was by far our favorite.
