Dr. Heather and her team have a strong passion for professional development through education and strive to stay up-to-date on the latest dental technology and treatment. Dr. Heather grew up in small town Eyota, MN, located about 20 minutes to the east of Rochester, MN. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire. Then attended dental school at the University of Minnesota where she met her husband, Tyler Kalmuck. After graduation, they moved to Iowa City, IA where she practiced for 4 years. The couple married in 2019 and in July 2020, Dr. Heather and her husband, an Oral Surgeon at Sheboygan Oral & Maxillofacial Associates moved to Sheboygan. They are eager to put down roots and become a part of this community. Dr. Heather likes to spend free time outdoors whenever possible. Hiking, boating, biking, and snowshoeing are some of her go to activities. To relax, she enjoys watching movies, playing games and doing puzzles. Annie is a native of Wisconsin and has called Sheboygan home for the more than 15 years. It was her love of working with people that inspired Annie to attend Lakeshore Technical College to become a Dental Assistant. She joined the team in May of 2013 as a Dental Assistant. Cris received her B.S. in Dental Hygiene from the University of Iowa. She's married and has three adult children, and she's resided in Sheboygan since 1981. Cris says that during the 26 years she's been employed in this practice, she's been blessed to be able to provide dental care for multiple generations!

Denise is originally from Upper Michigan and received her degree in Dental Hygiene from Ferris State University in Big Rapids, MI. For the past 20 years, she's lived in Sheboygan where she's raised two daughters. Denise loves her career as a dental hygienist. Jasmine graduated from the Dental Assisting program at Lakeshore Technical College in January, 2020 and joined our team in May, 2020. Jasmine loves the outdoors, sushi and trying new things.
