Dr. Gregory Stiver Read Bio

Dr. Gregory Stiver earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Dentistry in 1984. After graduating, he worked as an associate in a dental office before he started his own practice in 1986. He now works as the CEO and owner of Dental Care Center of South Kansas City, and he provides dentistry on a day-to-day basis. He has advanced education hours in IV sedation and dental implant dentistry. By offering advanced sedation and tooth replacement solutions, Dr. Stiver is able to help many patients who would otherwise have to suffer decades with dentures. When he is away from the office, Dr. Stiver enjoys going out on two wheels. He is an avid bicyclist and enjoys the exercise. Kim D. is one of our amazing hygienists her at the Dental Care Center. Though she has only been here since 2016, she has made a huge impact on our office and all of our patients. Kim has over 20 years in dental hygiene, as well as previous experience as a director of education for a dental assisting school and consulting for dental offices. I’ve been attending this practice for over 10 years, and this particular office-from the receptionists, to the hygienists, to the dentists- make going to the dentist actually tolerable. I’m always made to feel comfortable and cared for by the staff at this dental practice. I actually drive out of town to keep attending this practice, because I like it so much.
