Dr. Moore grew up in Ossian, Indiana. He attended Indiana University at Bloomington for his Bachelors of Science in Biology. He moved to Indianapolis where he graduated from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 1995. Since then, Dr. Moore has practiced dentistry in Indiana.
