" This is my second time visiting this dentist since being on island, and while I didn't have a bad experience last time, the customer service this time really took the cake! This office is really stepping up their game. The ladies at the front were super friendly and I rarely have to wait more than 10 minutes to get in to see the doctor. " The staff at Hawaii Family Dental is so great and friendly. The ladies in the front always call to remind me of my appointments coming up and most recently now they email me to remind me. I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes to be seen, so the assistants do a fantastic job at getting you in the chair right away. And once in the chair, the doctor is only mere minutes away from seeing you. Very awesome customer service!
