" I called from my car at 10:47 for my 11:00 am appt to let the office know I was there. I was told to come into the atrium and I would be let in right away. At 11:15 I got a call from the office asking if I was going to show up. I had been standing in the atrium for 25 minutes! I have been a patient of this office since 1989 and they are very sweet, so I assume this was an isolated incident, but it was annoying just the same.
