I called from my car at 10:47 for my 11:00 am appt to let the office know I was there. I was told to come into the atrium and I would be let in right away. At 11:15 I got a call from the office asking if I was going to show up. I had been standing in the atrium for 25 minutes! I have been a patient of this office since 1989 and they are very sweet, so I assume this was an isolated incident, but it was annoying just the same. Don't know if that was due to the equipment or what the issue was. But we got the job done. I had a nice chat with Dr Kossack and made my next appt. I will be back. read less

01/14/21We are so very sorry to hear of the frustrations you encountered with us! This is not our usual routine as you may recall with previous visits. We were short staffed the first week back, but this is no excuse to have you waiting for so long. I'm glad that Dr. Kossick was able to recoup our mistakes! Our family has been with DeMercy Dental for several years and they are, without question, the best dental practice we've ever used! It's a smaller practice and the individual attention is nice. My husband and I see Amanda and love her. She is so personable and engaging and actually makes going to the dentist pleasant. My sons usually see Dr. DeMercy and have the same high opinion. The whole staff is top notch and I can't recommend them highly enough; they're THE BEST!

After almost 2 years I have always received excellent treatment from every professional here. Dr. De Mercy was able to save a front tooth. Dr Kossick has always been very kind and focused and dental hygienist have all been amazing. I only wish I had known about this wonderful practice years ago.
