Dr. Jeremy K. Ueno is a board certified periodontist and a Bay Area native, born and raised in San Jose. He attended Leland High School where he played on the basketball team for all four years. It was in this setting that he was able to get an appreciation and passion for technology, as witnessed in his office, where he boasts the latest in all dental and IT technologies. Upon his college graduation, he moved to San Francisco to work for Genentech. However, he still had his dream of going into dentistry in the back of his mind. During his first year working full time at Genentech, Dr. Ueno applied to many of the top dental schools in the country and decided to train on the East Coast. He attended Tufts University, School of Dental Medicine in Boston, MA. Following his graduation at Tufts, Dr. Ueno completed his periodontics residency program at the world renowned Columbia University, College of Dental Medicine in New York City. This was an experience that changed his life as he was able to train under some of the top clinicians and researchers in the world. Upon graduating from Columbia, Dr. Ueno returned home to the Bay Area and opened Ueno Periodontics. In this time, Dr. Ueno has established himself as one of the premier periodontists and implant surgeons in the Bay Area. He remains active in multiple professional organizations and stays immersed in the latest trends in periodontics by taking hundreds of hours of CE per year. He is also the leader of a Spear Education study club with 16 of the most talented dentists in the South Bay. Dr. Ueno also gives multiple lectures per year to other dental professionals regarding the latest trends in periodontics and how to give the best possible care to our patients. Dr. Ueno loves sports and follows all of the Bay Area teams. He enjoys playing basketball and golf in his spare time; along with cooking where he enjoys concocting Asian inspired dishes and entertaining his friends with BBQ. His biggest hobby, however, is spending time with his wife Stephani, and daughter, Skylar. Dr Litch began her career in Dental Hygiene in 1974. She graduated dental school from the University of Detroit in 1979 and later received her periodontal training and Masters of Science in Dentistry at Indiana University in 1982. Dora Porter lives in the South Bay with her husband and two daughters, Emma and Sophia. Dora has been working in the dental field for over 13 years, providing quality care for patients and making sure their visits are pleasant. In her spare-time, she enjoys running, listening to music and spending time with her family and friends.

Dayna started her dental career over nine years ago while completing her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She enjoys working closely with her patients to provide gentle and thorough periodontal treatment. When Dayna is not busy cleaning teeth, she enjoys spending quality time with family, traveling and trying new cuisines.

Susan is a RDH with an immense amount of experience and knowledge in the field of periodontics. She lectures on periodontal disease and treatment to her peers and is highly regarded among the dental community. When she is not working or thinking about teeth, Susan likes to try new cuisines and travel the globe.
