Had a very pleasant cleaning, hygienist was friendly and communicated every step of X-rays and cleaning to make the process simple and comfortable. The rating would be higher but I hate going to the dentist. Don't like anyone messing in my mouth. Didn't freeze mouth and used lazzer. No pain. Real good.
