Our family has had appointments at both Cuba City Family Dental and Darlington Family Dental, and at our last appointment I went to Darlington instead of Cuba City. The staff in Darlington were friendly, understanding, and patient, and were able to complete appointments for myself and my two kids. Our first appointments with our care team felt like meeting with friends. Kind, professional and courteous while engaging in friendly conversation to get to know us better. And x-rays for me are typically very painful but not here! Their new technology offers a wonderful pain free solution!
Everyone was so nice! Starting at the front desk of the dental office with Cara, and then throughout the visit with Carol and ending with seeing Dr. Tyler, all were so wonderful. It was the first visit to the dentist for my two boys and it went so well! Carol was amazing with introducing them to each step of the process, taking time to show them everything she would be doing and letting them touch and feel things before actually doing it. Much better experience for my daughter than her previous facility she received her first cleaning. The DFD team was very friendly and made us feel very comfortable. Everything was well explained to us and they were very gentle in all aspects.
State of the art high end equipment. DR Andrew's chair side manners are the best and his work is outstanding. I'm an old man with bad teeth, I've had a TON of time in a dental chair in my life. Trust me when I say this place ROCKS!!!!
Everyone was very polite and courteous to me. They went over everything with me and followed along with my concerns. They were able to put me at ease with their politeness. I would definitely recommend this dental clinic. An easy 5 out of 5 stars.
Carol was my hygienist and she was truly great. She spent a good amount of time on my cleaning and I could both see and feel a difference on my teeth when I left. She was also very kind and easy to talk to. I am new to the area and she made me feel welcome. The dentist was also friendly and answered the couple questions that I had. Happy to have found this place for dental care.
Best dentist office that I have ever attended! All of the staff are very personable and knowledgeable! Each dentist I have had at this clinic has addressed any concerns or issues I had prior to my appointment. Dr. Mitch and Dr. Ben are both the well versed at being tedious and knowledgeable in their work! Highly recommend either of dentist, you will be satisfied with your treatment plans and how much they care!
This was my first visit with Dr. Mitch. He & his staff were very caring, well prepared, punctual and all around excellent to work with.
