The people who work at Dr.Metcalf are wonderful. I have always been afraid of dental visits. But not at Dr.Metcalf, place. I am very happy to be able to go to Dr. Metcalf and all others.

Initial visit went very well. Staff and Dr. Metcalf explained what they were doing and answered all my questions.UPDATE: Had my first new cavity filled in over 20 years (thanks to fluoride free water in Spokane). The experience was one of the easiest and pain free thanks to Dr. Metcalf and her technicians. And afterwards the repaired tooth felt totally normal. Great job and team. Today I had a dental emergency and was so glad staff was able to squeeze me in and get a handle on the issue.03/27/2025: Update 3: In for a regular cleaning. As usual, the visit went well and on time. I had a new hygienist (for me), Gwen, and she did a great job. Dr. Metcalf and staff seem to always hire outstanding people in their growing office and the fact that many in the staff are long time employees bodes well as to the office environment. As I have gotten older, decades-old work on my teeth have been needed to be repaired or replaced. Dr. Metcalf and her team have been exceptional, whatever my dental need. In fact, 5 stars aren't enough. There should be another 5 stars for the staff, from the front desk through the dental assistants.
