I had an appointment yesterday afternoon at the KAC Dental office for a scheduled dental cleaning and I received the absolutely best, pain free cleaning that I have ever received in the approximately ninety years that I have been seeing dentists! I also saw Dr. Roadcap for a few minutes. My wife and I have been patients of is for quite a few years and have found him to be a very caring, friendly and an excellent dentist.

The professional staff does an excellent job, do not try to talk you into additional procedures and are extremely thorough. The front end staff laugh at my jokes and do not charge me extra for that.

I am extremely pleased with Dr. Criscitiello and all Staff Members at the Forest Hill location for their prompt attention to my emergency visit on 5 June 2025. Their quick response demonstrated a real concern for my discomfort; he and staff personally reached out to other skilled providers in the Richmond metro area to further assist me. With their patience and flexibility, I am able to get my dental work done. They are friendly and professional and are always willing to help. Dr. C.
