My daughter had a horrible experience with another pediatric dentist around age 4. We tried a few different practices but it just didn’t feel right. Since our change to this practice and they have been THE BEST with her. She was so frightened at first but they took their time with her and did the very best to turn it in to a fun experience. My experience has been superb since the very first phone call. Sherry was so attentive and responsive when I called; even emailed me midday just to let me know she was still waiting on a response from the doctor! I was also told that should there be any changes to call them even if it was on Christmas Day!! "That is what we are here for," she said! I have a toddler who is experiencing some issues with his teeth. The staff has been so welcoming, supportive and has gone above and beyond my expectations to make sure that my little one has a positive experience. I would highly recommend their team to any young parent who is nervous about going to the dentist. AWESOME experience!
We had a great first visit today! All of the staff was so friendly and patient! Ryan, our hygienist, was amazing and let our son play with her tools and made sure he was comfortable. He can’t wait to go back! �
We had THE BEST care at Harrisonburg Pediatric dentistry! Every nurse cared about our child, the front desk/office staff were amazing, and Dr. McKnight was the icing on the cake! Everyone was skilled and knowledgeable, and the office was very comfortable and fun!
We took our one year old to this office for her very first dental visit today, and we couldn't be more pleased! Such an amazing group of ladies, who are all extremely knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming! We are so glad that we chose this office and look forward to future visits for our daughter! Thanks so much for making her first visit a great one!!

Great office! I wouldn't bring my kid anywhere else after his visit today! Just 1 yr old and had to have a front tooth extracted due to a fall earlier in the week. They talked me through the process, gave me time to decide on treatment, and helped my baby ( and i) through the extraction process. Waiting areas were child centered to make the time pass by quickly and staff was very professional. Although this was an unfortunate experience for us the service we recieved was excellent!!!Comment from the practiceThank you for such a great review. We sure love our staff too. Great group of ladies! My boys love going to the dentist here. They are upset when one gets to go and the other doesn't.... Haha..... Wish I had them when I was growing up.
