I have been bringing my son to Dr. Cheng for his dental needs for over eight years, and I can't recommend him highly enough! Dr. Cheng has exceptional bedside manners and truly takes the time to connect with his young patients, which makes each visit a positive experience. We have been coming here several years and ALWAYS excellent customer service and dental care for my daughters. We have NEVER had any issues; the staff are caring and the dentist is phenomenal and cares for the kids most excellently.

Very caring and kind dentists and staff. They really make sure every child feels safe and cared for during the appointments. My son needed a crown and the dentist made him feel good about his “Iron Man tooth” I highly recommend this practice for all pediatric dental needs.

Friendly, caring and my girls loved it! The staff was so, supportive and calming of any anxiety my grand daughters might have experienced during their cleaning - they (the grands) actually asked to invite them to their birthday party lol.Great experience

Stationed in this area since 2017 and have been going here since 2021.I don't have enough good things to say about this practice. I have three young kids (5, 3, 18 months), and these folks go abov4e and beyond to try to schedule all three of them in adjoining appointments. They understand that being a parent with three young kids is can be challenging from a scheduling perspective and I value that empathy. The facility is very clean, bright and fun appearing for children. I also really appreciate that this office accepts Tricare Dental beneficiaries - they don't have to, but by doing so, they are extending the ability for service member's kids to truly receive top-notch dental care without breaking the bank. If you have Tricare Dental Benefits through United Concordia and live in this area I HIGHLY recommend considering this office for your kids' dental needs. Thanks so much. read less

They are amazing and truly listened to my 11 year old who struggles with the dentist. They spent time getting to know my son and to understand where his fears come from. We scheduled our next appointment in three months so we can finish getting comfortable and cleaning his teeth. Before this start, my son with sensory sensitivity would let no one touch his teet...read moreh. The previous dentist’s solution was to sedate him after failed attempts with laughing gas. Dr. Lance let my son know that he could get his teeth cleaned without all those things. He spent time building a relationship of trust with him. He built his confidence from the ground up. By suggesting appointments every three months, Dr. Lance Cheng and his technicians (today Natalie T.) were able to let my son stop the appointment when he felt too overwhelmed. Dr Lance took very good care of our two daughters. The youngest, who previously needed general sedation, was happy today with just Nitrous, and TLC from the team. If you live in the area, this is the pediatric dental clinic for you!He always takes time to explain things to my daughters and to me both before and after.
