Dr. Lewis and his staff never cease to amaze me. Dr. Lewis is kind, professional and goes out of his way to make sure that his patients receive the best care possible. Sage Creek Dental offers Saturday appointments for those of us that have difficulty taking time off of work. It's not uncommon for Dr. Lewis and his staff to come in on days off in the event of a tooth emergency. There isn't another dentist that I would go to.

The best!! I've been going to Dr. Lewis for over 8 years. My husband hadn't seen a dentist for over 6 years. Now he's been going to Dr. Lewis religiously! Staff it's awesome too!! First time I went to a Dr without a referral! Glad I did!!
I love the entire staff and the very modern facility, the cleanliness (which is the most important to me) is fabulous...from the scheduling, to the hygienist to Dr.Lewis the entire staff always remembers me and greets me with sincere kindness....I am so impressed that I now have my son and his family coming to Sagecreek..we recently moved out of the area and although it takes me much longer to get there...I wouldn't consider switching to a dentist closer to my new home....
I have had to move a number of times in the past 10 years. Jumping from city to city. Salt Lake to Tooele, to Clinton to West Jordan. Each time I would find a new dentist, no big deal, they are all the same, they just look different. Then I met Dr Lewis, and he became the exception. He is amazing! I have now moved from West Jordan to Cottonwood Height and now to Bountiful everything is always changing. Greatfuly now, my dentist remains the same 😁!
Dr. Lewis and his staff are wonderful. The office is exceptionally clean, everyone is highly skilled, and perhaps most important, everyone is very friendly and personable. Our four year old enjoys going to the office, as do we. We have recommended Sage Creek Family Dental to many friends and family members, and Dr. Lewis will be our family dentist for years to come.

Dr. Lewis is my favorite dentist ever! I've been to a lot of dentists and I've found Dr. Lewis to be very knowledgable. The staff is friendly and professional. I appreciate how Dr. Lewis will explain things in detail and give all the options available. I was able to get an appointment on Saturday appointment with only one day's notice which was really appreciated. I had no wait time when I arrived. I would recommend Dr. Lewis to all my family and friends.
