The office is so clean, and I love the warm color scheme when you arrive. It’s very inviting, there are books and some maze like toys in the wall for kids to play with. Most importantly, I was able to go back and sit with my child. He’s 4, and this is important to me that they’d allow it. My last dentist would not. Jenna worked on his teeth and used very kid friendly language to explain what she was doing, and was gentle. It took a whole team to get successful x rays but they did it 🤣 ...read more
Dr. McCanless and her staff are amazing very sweet people, kind and down to earth. I trust them for my daughters dental needs, highly recommend for dental pediatrics.
I would give Dr. McCandless & Her staff more stars if I could . We were referred to them for a second opinion after receiving horrible customer service from my daughters previous Dentist and I’m so glad that we gave them a chance . Been there twice, so far. First to get my kids teeth cleaned, second to get one cavity removed/ crown added. This group of people have their ducks in a row. Got called in at 11:00 for an 11:00 appointment…Start to finish was 30 minutes. Highly proficient with her skills. Confused by the 1 star experiences… my kids even mentioned how they like this dentist better than the last.
We've been taking our daughter to Dr. McCandless since she got her first tooth. We love her and her team. She is an excellent doctor and really knows her stuff. She provides the very best treatment and knows how to work with kids when they are nervous or upset. Also, she's been an awesome resource for early stages of crooked teeth and then on to braces. McCandless and staff are always prompt and professional.
Over the years, we've had the best experience here. We've tried several other dentists closer to where we live but I will happily drive to Tomball for Dr. McCandless and her awesome staff!
We have seen Dr. McCandless twice. The first time, we came to see her, she was short, blunt, and completely honest about the condition of my daughters teeth. Some parents might not appreciate her straightforward approach (by reading some of her other reviews) but I found it to be incredibly honest and gave me a better understanding of my daughters situation.
