I received a call prior to my appointment indicating the hygienist was running ahead and I would be welcome to come early. I appreciated the call, arrived early, and was taken in to begin my cleaning. This enabled me to arrive at work earlier. I got a quality cleaning, a friendly exam from Dr. Karbach, and felt like a valued patient.

I visited Dr Karbach's office as a new patient. Dr Karbach did a thorough exam and explained his findings with helpful visual aids. Dr Karbach's assistant (his wife) was very efficient and very welcoming and friendly. I returned a week later for a cleaning and was impressed with Naomi's skill and gentleness. Overall, a very nice first impression!
