I want to write about my visit today as new patient. I was scared to get my diagnostic since I've had bad experiences before. ALL the staff have been amazing, caring and nice. They were so sweet with my baby as well!No long wait, not a lot of paperwork and what I liked the most is that the Dr was HONEST and he didn't try to push me or try to rip me off. He explained me really well why I need a root canal therapy in some of my teeth (I have crowns). TOOK MY PLATE TO REPAIR A BROKEN TOOTH IN THE AFTERNOON AND WAS TOLD THEY WOULD CALL WHEN READY. I EXPECTED A SEVERAL DAY WAIT.THEY CALLED NEXT DAY TO SAY IT WAS READY FOR PICK UP. ALWAYS GREAT SERVICE AND FREINDLY FOLKS. RAY BOULLION

Awesome experience with Coastal Dental Care today! It had been two years since my last cleaning and I was a little concerned. Bich was my hygienist and she did an outstanding job taking care of me. She was very personable and took the time to explain the process as she worked and did such a fantastic job with the cleaning. These guys are fantastic. They do everything very meticulously. Had a 4 unit bridge break and Dr. Hefner and his staff went out of their way to take care of me. I can't heap enough accolades upon Dr. Hefner and his entire staff. Wish more professionals treated folks like Coastal Dental. Thanks!!!!!

The staff was great, very professional. Paperwork was simple and my wait time minimal. The dental hygienist was awesome! And my dentist was absolutely great!
