I recently had to have all four wisdom teeth extracted. First let me say that I do not like doctors. I also don't like shots. My experience however was fantastic at dental concepts. First they use this vibration device that makes the shots painless. I requested it for my wisdom teeth and Dr. Patel was happy to accommodate. Then came the extraction. It was totally painless. Great staff , wonderful atmosphere and most importantly amazing dentist
Great experience. I have not been to the dentist in longer than I'd like to admit. Given how anxious I was, the entire staff went out of there way to make sure I had a good experience. I have never been to a dentist that everyone in the practice goes out of there way to make sure patients feel comfortable, and communicate what they are doing every step of the way. Thank you for taking such great care of me.
"This has to be the best dental experience that I've ever had!" The entire faculty seemed to work in unison, from the paperwork to the patients chair. It is a somewhat small building, which can make it difficult to find. As it was in my case in arriving via the cities bus line. But, once I arrived, Kirsten, Nisha, Salaam, and Dr. Patel all treated me well, and made me feel at ease although my mouth was a "wreck", Lol. Best Dental Staff ever. Everyone in the office are helpful and make you feel at ease every step of the way. I highly recommend Dental Concepts. They definitely bring out the smile in me :)
I love how the whole team took so much time to learn about me, educate me and thoroughly evaluate my oral health. I know I will maintain healthy teeth and gums with Dental Concepts!
Extremely Amazing staff all the way from the Front to the back! Thank you to Dr.Hamdi and Dr. Patel for their awesome care. They have wonderful bedside manner and explained my treatment in detail. If you are afraid or nervous at all, this team of people know exactly how to take care you and will go above and beyond to help you feel comfortable. - ask for Paola, great assistant, she is so caring and friendly! Would recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist!!

I've had an amazing experience here. This team, and I say team because everyone at dental concepts cares about amazing customer service. starting with making sure i'm comfortable, informed, happy. This has been my favorite part of visiting this office. it's an amazing feeling that I wish everyone could experience. Dentists have this stigma of being a place of pain and comfort etc, but Dental concepts has done an AMAZING job at making an awesome environment to be in.which leads me to the office. ...read more
