As someone who fears a visit to the dentist, bedside manner and informative is what I’m looking for. Dr. McKay and her team always answer my questions with details and help ease my worries or fears. Dr. McKay does a great mind explaining procedures and making sure her patients understand everything that is happening. Her staff make us feel comfortable and help the process quick and easy. I’ve seen Dr MacKay for a few years and she’s a pretty awesome dentist. She’s thorough, professional, friendly and caring. And her assistants are great too as well as the front office staff.

This was my best dental experience yet. The hygienist was so sweet - I wish I got her name so I could put it here - but she was very gentle and kind throughout the whole visit. Dr. Mackay was amazing! So diligent and attentive, and I’m always happy to meet a fellow Canadian ;) thank you guys so much, I’ll never go anywhere else, and I’ll be recommending all of my family to you guys.

Wow. I am thoroughly impressed with Q Dental. The staff there is so professional and Ms. Mackay is literally a master of her craft. I have been to places like Made Ya Smile before and have left feeling robbed. The staff here make you feel at home and clearly make you aware of your treament plan from the start, even without insurance. They did a wonderful job on my deep clean and fillings. I am very grateful for getting my smile back, you have no idea. Thank you again!
