Dr. Palmer and his staff are very kind and personable and really know their stuff. Dr. P. is very forward thinking and has the latest technology that gives me confidence that the work I receive is top-notch and Gina is really very helpful with helping me to understand the billing and insurance and makes sure to help me remember my appointments. They all go out of their way to help my visits be the best experience.

I'm a nervous dentist goer, so whenever a cleaning is easy and pain free, I need to tell people about it! Dr. Palmer's entire staff makes you feel welcome and at ease from the first minute you walk in until you walk out with clean teeth! Dr. Palmer and his hygienists have a friendly way about them that put you at ease. I'm one of Dr. Palmer's newer patients. I was recommended by the team down the street at Braeswood Vision to start invisalign. I took them up on the recommendation, made an appointment and I haven't looked back. He made my consult and future visits so easy! I am 55 and I have had only 3 major dentists including Dr, Palmer. The first one retired, the second one died suddenly and unexpectedly. That sent me on a diligent search for a new dentist. I interviewed 20 dentists for the criteria I was looking for. Out of 20 interviews ONLY Dr. Palmer passed the "Brandt Test" and it has been a great experience ever since. 1. Dental visits used to be severely nerve wrecking for me and now it's like a no-brainer for me. They do not embarrass you or shame you about any condition you are dealing with. Every patient is treated with dignity, respect, and sensitivity. 2. Dr. Palmer is a MODERN DENTIST with the very finest of new technology including CEREC and I have never been in PAIN after treatment because he is gentle and sensitive as he works. And he stands behind his work. 3. His facility is operating room clean always. 4. Staff is friendly and accommodating. 5. His prices are in line with other mainstream providers and yes those who need financing can get assistance and he helps to work within your budget and works out short term and long term treatment plans whether you have insurance or not. 6. The location is great with free parking. One block off of 610 loop. No fighting through a plethora of red lights and heavy traffic and parking garages. No wading through traffic or looking for a place to park. 7. Nice selection of free tea and coffee in the lobby. 8. Dr. Palmer advocates for the use of Sonicare and if you need a new one he has them right in his office. He's not in the business of selling toothbrushes, or making money on it, he is just making sure you have access to the BEST tooth brushing technology in the world. When you get a cleaning he replaces your Sonicare brush head in something called a Smile Kit for FREE (makes a great travel bag too). 9. Dr. Palmer's practice is the top ranking dentist of my life about THEM being ON TIME for your appointments. Sometimes yes there may be emergencies and he will try to work you in. Dr.Palmer and his staff are extremely professional. Its easy to be late to your appointments with this crazy Houston traffic, but I can always count on his staff to be understanding of that. I also love getting my cleanings with his dental hygienist, Matt. I highly reccomend them!
