I am new to this area and needed to see a dentist. Reading the reviews Dr. Poticny was highly recommended. Over the years I have been in my share of dental offices but none compare to the treatment and care I received from Dr. Poticny. Dr. Poticny is a wonderful dentist. Very professional, thorough, and a caring person. Takes his time and explains all procedures and why you need the procedure. Wants the very best for his patients. Has the best hygienist, Kelsey. Cleanest teeth I’ve ever had! Office staff is very nice, professional and efficient. Explains financial statement and accommodates schedule. As always I am pleased. Kelsey, the hygienist is excellent! The office staff is welcoming. Dr. Poticney’s assistant which I can’t immediately pull up her name, is wonderful! We have been dental patients over 20 years and we have had the privilege to meet and know wonderful people in the dental field. My only regret is we didn’t find him sooner! My only concern is that he will retire in the near future!! Going to the dentist if it’s Dr. Poticney is a good experience.
