One of the best decisions of my life was deciding to have Dr. Schiro and Dr. Hayes revamp my bite and smile. I am in love with my new smile and teeth! I previously had issues with my bite/jaw, but the doctors were able to fix that and I don't wake up with headaches anymore. I had an amazing experience due to the friendly and helpful staff and nurses. My first interaction was with Amber and I loved her honesty and transparency in answering questions. Hesper took the stress out of the process by communicating with insurance company on my behalf and helping me figure out the best financial option. All the nurses were awesome and so calming. My friends tell me that I smile all the time since having my teeth fixed and it is due to having more confidence and knowing that my smile reflects my emotions. My husband recently had his missing teeth replaced. He put it off for years because other dentists had told him it would take between 6-8 months to get his teeth replaced. It's been years since I've been back since my initial work. I came back for a repair on my lower partials, and I am beyond grateful for the immediate response to my needs. The lab work is impeccable. The partials went back in just right, and the whole experience was as usual, totally professional and extremely friendly. Thank you for the wonderful work and care you give. Yesterday I had an appointment which I called the day before and they were able to get me in almost immediately. When I arrived they were not only so kind and made me feel so welcome but also quick to get me started. The process was easy and fast but very thorough. Christa was very experienced and typically I am very nervous around dentist but she reassured me and made me so comfortable. She taught me a lot and I could tell they just wanted to give me what I wanted to make me happy rather then t...read morery to sell me something. Dr. Schiro also met with me and told me his story and explained my situation and gave options as well as recommendations but ultimately assured me it was my choice and I he not only supported my choice but would do a fantastic job accomplishing my dream. Lastly I met with Hesper in finance and she was more than helpful finding the best solution to make everything work financially as they truly want to make a difference in people's lives. My experience with the cosmetic dentists of Austin was just amazing! The whole team is so welcoming super friendly, nice and caring I felt very comfortable and in good hands there . They defenitily know what they are doing ! They treat you as an individual like it suppose to be , and the team is always there for you whenever you have any concerns or questions !
