Service and atmosphere is great for kids. Dentist really explained techniques for brushing and flossing my 3 year old and 18 month old teeth along with the importance of brushing teeth at night. Previous dentist have been ok but did not do extra with informing me of how to help take care of my kids teeth. The only thing I did not like was leaving my 3 year old to take my 18 month old into a separate room for his cleaning. Normally our visit is very good. This last time, I waited for over 30 minutes to be called back. The staff had not sent our paperwork back and several patrons went before we did who arrived after us. They also had to take X-rays twice on my son because they were not done correctly the first time. It should not take an hour and a half to be seen and treated for a cleaning. Please work on your time management. I feel patients should at least be seen or called back within 15 minutes of their appoin...read more
The staff at ikids is awesome. very friendly and willing to educate children and parents on dental hygiene. No down talk. They have a very positive attitude and outlook on childrens dental hygiene
We had a great experience with ikids!! My kids were walking out of the dentist with smiles on their faces. The dentist and staff are warm and friendly. I'm glad we found them!
My kids LOVE iKids. The staff is awesome and gentle. They make it fun for them. Going to the dentist isn't easy for some and how they do it for kids to make them want to come back is great. They even let me come back to be with my children so I know everything that is going on! Not many pediatrics dentist offices do that. I am so glad I chose iKids!
We have been with ikids pediatric dentistry for about 2 years and I have liked our service for the most part. The dentists are good with the kids and very attentive. The office is fun and the kids like the waiting area. The only complaint I have is that they can be a little bit pushy and condescending about their opinions on what your kids need. Every time we visit the office everyone there is curtious and always polite. Makes the atmosphere so easily delightful to bring kids to dental office. Would recommend all my friends to this dentist at this location!!!
Today was my 3 year old son's very first dentist appointment ever and the staff was very friendly, made him feel comfortable, and when he wasn't comfortable in the big kid chair, they took us to the quiet room where I could hold him while the doctor examined and cleaned his teeth. Overall, a very good first experience for both of us!
Both my children have rarely been to the dentist but let me just say, Ikids on South Cooper is the best experience I have ever had from any doctors office/dentist office. Right when we walked in, the building had a very welcoming atmosphere for children. The receptionist was up front by herself since everyone was at lunch and she greeted us with a big smile. My son who is 7 years old had his every 6 months appointment yesterday. My kid is new to this office and yesterday was the second time for his every 6 months cleaning. We moved to this office, because their old Dentist retired. The first visit to this office for his regular cleaning, they said he had cavities. So we had that done.
