Had my first appointment today. I recently had a broken tooth that was infected. Called Dr Patels office and they got me in next day. Everyone was very friendly and Dr Patel explained the treatment plan and didn’t judge. I felt very at ease going to Jackson Smiles Family Dentistry. I have had bad experiences with other dentists and have dental anxiety, Dr Patel and his staff made it a good experience. I will definitely be going back.

I have been a patient here for 7 years and it has been wonderful! I love the family and friendly atmosphere. I always feel welcomed when I come. They are very attentive and my dental health has improved. I recommend this place to everyone.

I’ve never enjoyed going to the dentist as a child and as an adult. I have to say Dr. Patel and his staff made me feel welcomed and trusting in dentist again. Very nice, professional and I was always aware of every appointment. I have been recommending my friends to Jackson smiles.

Sarah is always the BEST! She is kind and gentle and very communicative! Makes going to the dentist not so bad! :)
