Cloudland is amazing!! The entire staff is extremely friendly and will each go out of his or her way to make sure the quality of your experience is maximized. Instead of scheduling an appointment for a later date, the whole staff stayed through their lunch time that day to complete my filling - and not one of them complained. They were all happy to accommodate my schedule, and if that meant taking a shorter lunch than usual, they were willing to do so. I really can’t say enough about Cloudland. Love this place and all the people!!! Every time I go the hygienists/assistants make sure im taken care of and explain everything to make me feel comfortable, everyone is respectful and always does the best work! Dr. Reynolds is always so nice and a fun guy and always gives you all info!

When I first called to make an appointment, the lady that answered was very friendly and helpful. When we got there, everyone we came into contact with was the same, and my grandson really liked Dr. Reynolds!

Love this place so much! Everyone was so nice and very sweet. The lady up front had such a warm and welcoming energy to her. Every assistant who worked on me, made me feel safe and that I was taken well care of. Mrs.Tara and Miss Jordan took such good care of me and answered every question I had. Even Dr.Reynolds was amazing. Highly recommend anyone with kids to come here. A wonderful child friendly place!!!!

Love this place !!!! Beautiful office, friendly front desk ! Always smile and helpful! Dr Reynolds are very good with children , my two children loves him and stuff are very great and professional! Terri , Dee, Destiny,Ashley......all girls . are awesome

Both of my girls 7 and 17 aren't very keen on previous dental appointments but the staff particularly the front line staff dental hygienists made even my apprehensive 7 year old actually enjoy her appointment. I thought it was going to be a wrestling match to get her to let someone clean her teeth...lol. Nope. She loved her hygenist as well as the Dentist. Great staff. Great office. Love this place☺ Jane, Mia and Macee
