Ive had nothing but great experiences here so far, after having visited 4 times now I can say the staff was more than willing to help with schedule conflicts or answer questions at any time. Jesie and the rest of the associates I have dealt with seemed very caring. They have also been very helpful at laying out a treatment plan to help financially. I've been reccomending this office to my friends and family.

Highly recommended!!! My son has attended this dentists for about 3 years now and I started about 2 months ago or so. Anyone and everyone I have encountered with is extremely friendly, the office staff is great.

The staff at Couldland Dental dental are by far one of the best if not the best dental groups I have been to, I was greeted by jesie(one of the funniest dental assistants I have ever met) who took be back and let me know what was going to happen. My dental hygienist Katie was very nice and gentle, she was also very helpful about setting up a routine to best fit my life to take care of my teeth. When it's said and done this place gets a 10 out of 10.

Both my son and I go to Cloudland Dental and we love it there. I am disabled and have several conditions which require me to take edaily medications. These daily medications can, in turn, cause teeth to become weak and it is common to chip my tooth or have cavities. I felt so embarrassed ab my dental health, but after my son going to this dental office for a few years, I felt comfortable enough to share my challenges with one of the nurses that my son always sees. I was able to get a full exam, ...read morex-rays, fix chipped tooth, a cavity and also get teeth whitening at a very discounted rate since I was a cash paying customer and since my son is a patient. The financial assistance they offer is excellent and they have in office insurance that is available as well! I'd recommend seeing this dentist, they have very short wait time, assistant nurses don't come and go and the main two dentist have a great bedside manner. The only downside issues I've ever encountered is them listening to my son vs me ab an issue with pulling some baby teeth that clearly needed to come out. The issue was resolved but at the time it was quite aggravating. They misunderstood, thinking I was wanting teeth pulled for aesthetic reasons versus medical, but after a visit with his orthodontist, the dentist was able to see where the teeth needed to come out in order to proceed without any hold ups. My son loves all the staff and both dentist. He had a bad experience when he was younger with a dentist at another dental office and has dreaded the dental visits ever since, UNTIL we started coming to CD at VW Drive! He now loves it and has no issues with going to dentist! Thanks to the great team both my son and I feel very comfortable getting our teeth taken care of now! read less

I had a blast at the dentist. Jessi was a great dental assistant(pictured with me). Anita did a great job on my seals. Julia helped with all my insurance and money questions. Katie cleaned my teeth beautifully. The lady who took my X-rays was a riot!!! All in all a fantastic experience.

Dr. Graham and his staff are such a warm and caring team. They knew that I was very apprehensive and scared and they made me feel wonderful...no shame and scolding like some old goats will.... so I am so relieved that I found a dental group that I feel very comfortable with.... and I now want to follow thru on all of my dental needs.
