Was able to be seen in a timely manner. Dr. Hargrove was upfront and forthright with my dental emergency/issue. I was given options to consider. I look forward to the work I am to have done over the next 6 months.

Loved the atmosphere of the clinic. Welcoming and inviting before my appointment. Had a nice and comfortable time with my hygienist/dentist. Though, what through me off was the way the insurance system worked. My insurance was accepted but it required me to pay while my sends me a reimbursement check. That was an unexpected expense than the usual copay, if any. It would have been nice to get a heads up while scheduling new patients over the phone, that way, they are not blindsided with how insur...read moreance works. When you visit a dentist the most important person is your hygienist. Since I have been visiting the Jackson Smile Studio Carol has been that person. She is very personable and does an awesome job. She knows me and my dental requirements. She makes visiting the dentist a pleasant experience.
