Crown fell off and Dr. Bateman office found time to squeeze me in on a full schedule day. Immediately determined a permanent solution. I have full trust in my dentist and that is why I have been going to him for the last twenty years.

You feel like a friend in this practice. Even as you walk in and are greeted with recognition you feel that you will be treated as more than a patient. My husband accompanied me and when Dr Bateman saw him waiting he took the time to check in with him on a previous procedure done 2 weeks prior. “Let’s take a look at that”’ even without an appointment!! A caring office❤️

Staff was courteous and kind, as always. Ive been to offices in the past and never saw the dentist for years, but Dr. Bateman always makes it a point to see us, each and every visit. He is honest, has a full service practice, and we are happy to have found him.
