I would highly recommend this place, I mean where do I start? Everyone from the front desk receptionist to the hygienist and the dentist they were phenomenal in communicating, they were quick to check in.(****BACKSTORY***)I’m awaiting a new kidney and before I can be active on the transplant list I needed dental work/clearance for surgery. They went above and beyond to get me cleared, I really appreciated the fact that they scheduled multiple appointments (3) (even though they didn’t have many a...read morevailable slots) within 2 weeks to expedite this process and went out of there way to call my dialysis care facility to get this done quickly! They took the hassle out of waiting for this clearance. I was denied previously by several dental offices wether it was due to insurance or the case was usually 3-6 months wait (Dayton area) I been waiting for a kidney for a year now and this was the final clearance I needed, I’m 22 and young, so now that I’m on the list I believe I’ll receive a kidney fast! (This will be my second kidney transplant)It’s been a rough year between dialysis and my mom passing, they made me feel like THEY CARED AND WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND and also made feel HEARD and worked with me.
