This is the most fun you could ever have at a dentist. Gorgeous place great staff looks like a spa and for us neurotic people they are very accommodating!

Today was my family’s first visit! From the front desk to the hygienist to the assistant to the staff we passed in the hallway everyone was friendly. Walking through the front door our first names were displayed as new patients. They took their time to make sure that we understood everything. They cared about what was important to us. They even asked how we would rate our smile. The insurance person came to us to discuss treatment options. We have found a dental home!

CVD, OMGosh...(!!!) The office is amazing...(!!!) Meeting and saying 'goodbye' to retiring Dr. Mark (sp?) was much fun... what a great guy. I was very impressed how I was followed by a team from the moment I walked into the door of their stunning lobby area. It felt as though I had entered a prestigious home which was all aglow for the holidays. Dr. Wirick has very modern equipment and actually is able to do certain diagnostics that no one else can perform. The office and treatment rooms are all so clean. Great location.

I have never been a fan of going to the dentist and I have some horrible nightmare stories to explain why. I had a very bad experience at my previous dentist so the search for a new dentist began. I drove past Crabtree Valley Dental every day and I always wondered if they were more expensive due to the fact their building is beautiful! I was beyond nervous but I scheduled my first appointment and from the very first phone call I was greeted by a friendly voice. When I showed up for my first appo...read moreintment the experience literally took my breathe away. As I walked in my name was on a chalk board welcoming me to their office. They then took the time to give me a tour, introduce me to the staff, and gave me a bag full of goodies. They really went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Dr. Matthew Wirick is one of kind. I have never met a more compassionate, detail oriented, caring Dentist. He took the time to get to know me and he has shared his own personal stories with me. Every time I visit the conversation picks back up where we left off. When he works on my teeth I would confidently say he makes decisions as if it were his own teeth and when third party companies are involved (crowns, dentures, etc) he does not settle for anything less than perfect. I have had such an amazing experience at Crabtree Valley Dental every single time I have visited. I even referred a family member who needed new dentures and I knew that I could count on Dr. Wirick, Dr. Valentinas, and the support staff of Crabtree Valley Dental to provide a level of service and end product that left both of us in tears of joy and truly changed our lives. We cannot thank Dr. Wirick and the staff at Crabtree Valley Dental enough!! read less

I have visited this dentist twice now, and I am confident my pleasing experiences are to continue in the future, so: I give an A++ to Crabtree Valley Dental. I was excited with my first impressions of the place - stylish lodge-like feel to the office. How unique! Cozy couches and fireplace in the waiting area, keurig coffee and teas, T.V. on the ceiling of the exam rooms!?!? I thought that last one was a bit excessive, which led me to wonder what I had gotten myself in to. But, it's not all abou...read moret the appearances. The staff truly want to provide a comfortable and pleasing experience. Their routine cleaning and exam services are efficient and effective. I walk out with a happy and refreshed mouth. Today I was in and out in less than 40 minute. As an adult (i dont know what their standard procedures are for children), I haven't been coerced in to any fluoride treatments. We got x-rays on my first visit, and I wasn't bothered my during my second visit (hallelujah! x-rays every time is overkill!) They gave my retainers a deep clean too. SOOO glad- those things were in dire need of some tlc. The office has the capabilities of some state of the art dental technologies, which I don't know all too much about and hope to remain as such! The hygienists and doctors seem incredibly knowledgeable and committed to their area of expertise. Appointment making is a cinch. I believe you can call whenever. There is an after hours employee available via phone for appointment making, and i presume any other needs, as well. Altho, I do hope she isn't available at ANY hour of the day, goodness! When the date approaches, you can confirm your appt via email or text. My check-out experience has been swift and painless. The receptionists, hygienists, and doctors have all been incredibly courteous, professional, and efficient. They even gave me a welcome bag, to say thanks to ME. I think they have that backwards.
