I've been a patient of Dr. Willoughby since moving to Asheville almost fifteen years ago. As my insurance networks changed through the years, I've occasionally tried other dentists for short times but I always come back because of the care and innovation they give. I've had some tricky issues and Dr. Willoughby and her beyond-amazing staff always do the very best for me and have made me feel like family.

Christie and all of Dr.Willoughby's staff I dealt with were a pleasure to be around. They're mindful of how tense dentist visits can be and they do a great job of making it surprisingly pleasurable. That's a real plus in my book along with the affordability! They performed a cleaning and a filling Oct 2020 and I am very happy with the precision work done.

Knowledgeable & personable staff plus pleasant office made my initial visit extremely positive. Dr. Willoughby uses advanced technology, including in-house CEREC crowns. A thorough exam and detailed treatment plan was provided. Bonus: She is a colleague of my retired dentist and in the same location.

Dr. Willoughby is an extremely caring and gentle dentist. Her and her staff are wonderful. Their first priority is always concern for me and my comfort. I needed significant dental work done and she went over the plan in great detail with me. After years of seeing dentists and having bad teeth due to my health I found them to be quite affordable For the amount of work that needed to be done. They are professional, courteous and efficient Never making me feel like I didn’t take care of my mouth a...read mores other dentists have. . They answer their phones or call back in a timely manner, even calling after each visit to make sure I am doing well and comfortable. If I do have a problem they see me as soon as possible. Dr. Willoughby and her staff are friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. They make you feel comfortable and welcomed. They explain all the procedures and what they entail. So happy I found Dr. Willoughby and her practice.

Dr. Bare is the best. She is not only professional but she is also gentle, understanding and has the best personality. I have recommended Dr. Bare to lots of my friends. The staff at the office was absolutely perfect. I love Dr. Bare and the staff it was actually fun going to the dentist.
