The fact that I always feel like a special guest when I arrive at Dr. Grossman's office is secondary to the fact that she is an excellent practitioner, is thoughtful and concerned about your comfort level while working on you. She has small hands so I never feel like I'm choking as she works on me. Her staff are unfailingly kind, friendly and thoughtful. I am so grateful to have found her.

I am a bit of a baby when it comes to the dentist and Dr Grossman was very thoughtful and gentle. I prefer a dentist who works on one patient at a time so I don't feel like they are rushing to get to their next patient. Dr. Grossman was great.

Dr. Grossman and her team (Rene and Neil) continue to provide the best dental experience in the city for the whole family. We bring our two boys, 3 and 5, and all of us have appointments the same morning. Nobody beats Dr. Grossman!

My semi annual visit with Dr. Grossman was painless, fast, professional and spot on. She has a wonderful disposition to keep my anxiety to a minimum. The atmosphere in the office is very inviting . I would highly recommend Dr. Marcia Grossman ! Her staff are amazing.

Dr. Grossman is always punctual and thorough with her exams. The best teeth cleaning by a dentist ever. Also recommended by a neighbor who is a doctor! She came highly recommended to me by a neighbor who is a doctor. Good clue.

I have a lot of experience with dentists because I grew up overseas where we are less fastidious about dental care than in the US so I don’t have great teeth. I am a long term parient - first my disabled son was there who was so fearful but now goes willingly, but the staff and Dr G treat him with great sensitivity. I switched from a well-known but less than stellar NY dental group. She’s very very gentle while cleaning; she surgically scrapes the plaque rather than it being a chainsaw approach....read more Dr Grossman does my cleaning herself. For me I love that she’s nonjudgemental (if you are someone who has a B- for flossing -see above for dental habits). Everyone from her assistant to people in the office are also nice. She’s not aggressive about recommending services you don’t need (the previous place was) such as orthodontic work. Previous place persuaded me to have braces as an adult which was expensive and probably unnecessary. Finally, I had a dentist once who worked on several patients at once and it took a long time when I went there. She never does that, she’s 100% focused on you. I don’t know how her fees compare but I don’t care because it’s worth it; probably I save money because she doesn’t do excessive X-rays or as said, recommend things I don’t need, and I know I won’t need remedial work. practices that advertise low fees make money from doing unnecessary things. read less

A wonderful dental experience!(if such an oxymoron can possibly exist...)skilled, with an excellent touch, friendly and warm, you can feel secure the moment you say AHHHHhh...and her staff is amazing! they will NOT let you forget aboutyour appointment using every (and all) means imaginable!!A follow-up:the optics of shining stars on Dr. Grossman's business/appointment-reminder card are misleading.The shining stars are shown emanating from an ordinary toothbrush... I cannot imagine finding a better dentist than Dr. Grossman. Her work is excellent with a very caring approach and a good sense of humor.
