I had a simple consult for Invisalign here because I saw a Facebook ad for a voucher for $1750 off.I followed the instructions in the Facebook ad and made an appointment. It was set for 9 am. I got a call a few days later asking to change it to 9:30. I then got a text the day before my appointment confirming for 9 am. I texted back asking for clarification and never got a response. Most other dentists I consulted with quoted $5000 ($6000 max) with a discount added into that price. Never nearing five digits. There was no mention of the $1750 voucher involved either.While the staff were nice, I was very put off by this bait and switch tactic. read less

11/13/20The staff here at Smile Design Dental Spa apologizes for any confusion that may have occurred. Due to the pandemic we must make sure that patients are not in the waiting room at the same time. Therefore, oftentimes we have to adjust our schedule for the safety of everyone around us which includes changing the schedule. When you make an appointment online with Facebook it is not in our offices appointment schedule so we have to make the changes to allow for safety and precautions. As far as the fee, we honored the coupon online, as the fee was presented at $6750 and honored the $1750 discount, quoted you the $5000.00. Due to the complexity of the case we could not reduce the fee any further. We try and be as transparent as possible with patients by honoring the prices on our advertisements. We are very sorry for confusion and schedule changes but your is safety our top priority.

Everyone from the front staff to Dr Calian and her assistants were extremely friendly and thorough. I would definitely recommend this office.

The two staffers who worked on me helped to make it a very relaxed experience. They carefully fitted the mouthpiece and did a great job making my teeth a beautiful white!

All I can say is I am so happy with my smile results.... it took me long to commit to moving forward but I wish I did this years ago. Dr Calian is amazing ... 5 stars is the most I can choose but I would give this office 10 stars if it were an option

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Calian and her staff. The care and treatment is beyond stellar. Dr. Calian doesn’t ‘cut corners’ or rush through her work while you are in the chair. She is very compassionate and constantly checking on you while she is working on your smile. I could go one.... but I think you will all agree once you make your own appointment to see her.
