I love this office! The staff are so friendly and welcoming. Have had wonderful experience every visit!!!
Everything is clean and the staff are very friendly. I was especially surprised to have two new fillings done without novacane which was a first. I did not experience pain. Dr Bialko is very clear and easy to understand plus he has a great sense of humor. 5 Stars.
All I can saw is WOW! I called because I had an emergency situation. When the phone picked up I was very surprised to hear the dentists himself. He was very polite and respectful. Asked me a few questions over the phone, he did recommend filling out the online information before getting there for faster service (which happened:) ) l When I got there fast in and out. This office never disappoints. All of the staff is so friendly and personable. Doctor Rob is always happy to come say hi, even at a cleaning, and see how you're doing. I appreciate his fun and practical approach to his practice. He's wonderful with my seven year old autistic son as well - we're lucky to have Fingerlakes Smiles in our lives.
I have never before experienced a more caring, knowledgeable, professional and friendly Dentist. The office staff is also the most friendly and caring group I have ever experienced. No need to look futher in your search for dental services.. This is the best you will find !
My 7 year old had a toothache. I called the office and got an appointment the next day. The receptionist was friendly and helpful in making the appointment. The dentist put her at ease with his humor and his assistant was wonderful. She ended up having a filling. Ever part of the visit was handled perfectly!! A scary situation for a child, was turned into a great visit. I would highly recommend this office!!
Dr. Bialko is the best dentist I have ever been to. He is so patient and takes his time with you. He has a great staff. Everyone makes you feel as comfortable as possible. Very friendly. Dr Bialko has the greatest sense of humor. Izzy is always enjoyable to.
As someone with a severe case of dentophobia (fear of dentists and dental work), I have suffered my whole life every six months when I went to the dentist. But I find I no longer suffer now that I have been going to Dr Bialko since he came to Auburn a few years ago. His hygienist, Erica, is thorough, professional, and smart. This has got to be the best place I have ever been my whole life went in a little nervous because I always have dental anxiety but during the appointment i felt calm and I would have to say it was the first time in my life I didn't not get nervous and felt comfortable. Will only be using this dentist Dr Bialko from here on out. I will be sure to spread the word to everyone that this is the best place in Auburn Ny to go to.
I have been going to this office for years and love both Dr. Davidson and Dr. Bialko. When I moved two years ago to Ithaca I never even thought of changing dentists office. It is well worth the 45 minute drive to continue going to this office. The staff is great and you can’t ask for a nicer group of people!
