Dr Palmer and his team was able to get me in on the same day. I love the care and very knowledgeable he and his staff provides. I know dental work isn’t the cheapest thing in the world but I know I’ll always be told the truth and never take advantage of here.

I don’t know where to begin. 1) the office itself is wonderful and clean and the lobby waiting area has that home-feel. 2) the staff and dentist himself were more than friendly. I went for a tooth extraction and as nervous as I was, they made me feel very comfortable. 3) the gals in the front desk are super polite and my check in/out went fast and smoothly. 4)the numbing worked extremely fast and extraction took such a short amount of time. My daughter broke 3 of her teeth playing basketball, and her pediatric dentist would not fix it immediately, since he had no openings. I called My Family Dentist, and they were able to get her in the same day. I’m so grateful for Dr. Palmer Jeppesen fixing her teeth without the wait. Not to mention, he did a fantastic job. While visiting my daughter in Nebraska, this Texas granny experienced the worst tooth pain. As she and her family are new to the state and she did not have a dentist yet. She called her best friend who had lived in the area just over a year. She recommended Dr Jeppesen. I reviewed the website and learned that there are three Dr. Jeppesen. I hoped that between the three I could be seen soon. I placed the call with fingers crossed. I had an appointment for later that same day. The office ...read morewas beautiful and staff welcoming. The technician attempted to take an x-ray but my small mouth made me gag with the film and necessary instruments. Dr. Palmer knelt at my side and stabilized the instruments to complete the x-ray. He determined that the part of my tooth had died and that a root canal was necessary. Due to the pain and being far from home he took on the challenge to repair my tooth immediately. For the next two hours he worked on my tooth. The pain and discomfort for the procedure was nominal. He was gentle, concerned for my comfort and seemed to genuinely care about my tooth and me. Not many patients would say that going to the dentist was fun. This appointment was one of the highlights of my trip! I celebrated that the pain was gone--but also the friendship that I made with Dr. Palmer that day. Check out this caring, professional for yourself. You will be glad that you did. read less
