I have not been to the dentist since the pandemic. I would like to thank the staff. My daughter and I received exceptional care!!!!! Thanks for taking care of us!!!!

I love Forum Dental. All the staff are so pleasant and friendly. My dentist was so nice and professional. I brought my daughter and she didn't complain( which is a miracle cause she is hard to please). I've recommend them to friends and family. I look forward to seeing the staff on my 6 month visit. Thank you for a healthier smile.

The doctor and the staff are all very professional.I am a person who hates dental work but they are able to put me at ease and allowed me to decide how and when I wanted to proceed.I would recommend them to anyone who needs minor or extensive dental work done.

The dentist and staff at this office are great. Dentist do a fantastic job and the staff works with you making shire insurance forms and claims are properly filled out.
