417 Smiles has been my "dental care home" since moving back to Springfield twelve years ago and I would never consider going anywhere else. I actually look forward to my appointments because I am treated like family by everyone; from the office staff, technicians, and the three dentists. Dr. Sarah Bauer is my primary dentist but have also been treated by Dr. Steven Young, and Dr. Nathan Bauer over the years and I am very comfortable with each of them. I am so very thankful to have been referred to 417Smiles. Dr. S. Bauer and the entire staff were genuinely friendly, concerned and explained every aspect of my care. The office is VERY clean with up-to-date technology. I am so grateful!!!!!

I can’t say enough positive things about 417 Smiles and their staff! They are professional, yet personable and really care about my health and happiness. Working with Dr. Bauer and her staff is always a pleasant experience! They are great about working with my busy schedule and they always follow up with sincerity and thoughtfulness after my family’s procedures. I greatly recommend working with any of the Doctors at 417 Smiles!

I rarely write reviews for anything unless I am compelled by either really poor or really exceptional service, product or place. In this case I am happy to give 417 Smiles and Dr Bauer's team 5 stars and more for their excellent dental services. First of all they really do know who you are and are careful to explain things to you in a way you can understand. No surprises. Bauer and the many long-time team members, this practice has been staffed with top echelon professionals at all levels, and has never wavered in their outstanding dedication to patients and their well-being.
