I wanted to take a moment to write a review of my visit today and point out how amazing the whole experience was for me. I had pretty extensive work done at this visit. My hygienist Jen was so caring and amazing. I had another hygienist who helped me at my previous visit (I can’t remember her name) and she also stopped in to help and say hi as well. My dentist, Dr. Page was also incredibly thoughtful as well as being gentle and very thorough while I was in the chair. He took the time to explain to me what to expect with the whole process. I felt safe and in such good hands. After years of dental trauma, including a not so nice visit previously from the head of hygiene at Rowan (the doctor was rushed, unprofessional, not thorough, and frankly quite rude), having an experience like this was life changing for me even if it was just another day at Rowan for these amazing employees. It meant so much to me to be treated so kindly and with so much attention and care. If it were up to me I would give each one of them a raise! Honestly I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Thank you to the great team at Rowan! I have always had a good experience when I have gone there. They make you feel welcome. They are attentive to your questions and assure you are comfortable while taking care of your teeth.
