Love Otsego Dental! Their staff is very friendly. Jaime my hygienist is awesome I have a huge fear of going to the dentist and she makes me feel comfortable. Dr. Sheils is caring and not pushy about extensive dental work needed! I would recommend them to anyone who has a fear of the dentist.

I LOVE going to the dentist here! Every employee is thoughtful, kind, and considerate. They always listen and also give me any information I need when necessary. The work they do is professional and far exceeds my expectations.

Going to see Dr Shiels today was a positive experience start to finish. The front office staff was very nice and friendly. Sasha who cleaned my teeth did a great job and it’s always great to catch up with Dr Shiels. I’ve been a patient for over 20 years and do not see myself going anywhere else :)

I typically don't do reviews, however, I have had the BEST treatment from Otsego Dental in all my 55 years! The staff is fun and energetic, and Sasha is amazing!! love the gift bag choices...... last but not least, Dr Sheils is thorough, he has never let me down. I would never go anywhere else, Thank you for all you do.

A bad situation handled with care and compassion. Frequently with a good sense of humor and lots of information so that questions are answered and no unexpected surprises. By their actions and attention to detail, I knew that my attending dentist and her assistant cared about and prioritized my comfort. Want as good a time in a dental chair as possible, take your denial concerns to Otsego dental. Tell them Mike sent you.
