Do not go here unless you want chronic pain from a routine dental filling procedure and Dr. Khalife to tell you there is nothing more she can do for me.Dr. Khalife convinced me to replace 4 of my silver fillings with composite. I paid $100 out of pocket after insurance for a procedure that left me with 3.5 months of worsening pain. I went back to see her after 2 weeks of pain not improving and she adjusted my bite as it was way off. After that I waited another 3 weeks with unchanging pain and se...read morensitivity to anything hot or cold. When I went back she told me "Your x-rays look fine, some people just take longer to heal, there is nothing more I can do, I don't want to redo the fillings and possibly make things worse."I walked out with tears in my eyes and then sought a second opinion from a more compassionate DDS. This compassionate DDS told me that I had 4 options. I ultimately ended up choosing the option to redo the problematic fillings (2 of the 4) and instantly my chronic pain with all eating had been alleviated! I am so glad I went with a more thorough dentist who actually spent 2 hours meticulously redoing 2 of the fillings (finding a spot of decay Dr. Khalife had missed). Where as Dr. Khalife spent about 1 hour doing 4 fillings.I additionally felt like Dr. Khalife was always in a rush to get somewhere else (the next patient, etc.) and that she didn't want to take the time to explain anything to me or show even an ounce of empathy/sympathy for having pain with all eating.Safe to say I will not be back. I hope Dr. Khalife can learn to show a bit more compassion for individuals suffering from chronic pain that she caused with her lack of thoroughness. I just wish I could get my $100 back as I am sure my insurance will not pay for the same procedure on the same teeth. Not only was my quality of life negatively affected, but my financial wellness, too. read less

12/20/21This is definitely not common at our office and this is also the first we have heard any patient concerned about empathy/sympathy from Dr, Khalife. Dr Khalife strives to provide treatment that is necessary with her 20 years of experience. We are sorry you felt this way.

I had a wonderful experience yesterday at this business. I found the staff to be personable, happy, and most importantly knowledgeable. Each staff member I posed a question to answered my questions in detail. I was impressed by their caring attitude as well.

Do not go here!! I had healthy teeth and gums when I walked into this place and I walked out being told I had 12 cavities and severe periodontitis. I'd give anything to go back in time and undo the work I've had done by Select Dental. I ended up having all 12 cavities done in the same day because I had a one month old so I wasn't able to make numerous appointments. Come to find out every one of those cavity fillings was unnecessary and I've had fillings breaking CONSTANTLY for the past two years...read more. I've paid just over $6,000 out of pocket for numerous cavities, root canals, and even had two of my teeth pulled because I couldn't afford any more dental work. I was also just diagnosed with TMJ due to grinding ( most likely from all of the stress I've endured from all of the dental work I've had done in the past 2 years) I went back and saw the dentist I grew up with and he looked at my most recent X-rays and said I didn't have a single cavity. I have truly been in a world of pain in the past two years, I've called their office and the female dentist who did all of my cavities will not speak to me or respond in any way. I have my three fillings and cleaned up done Today. I ready to checkout and front desk personal wouldn’t print my bill. I asked her three times. Problem I have last two visits procedure have done , they wouldn’t submit entire bill to insurance company . When I talked to my insurance they told me they have to submit entire bill, doesn’t matter what’s cover or not. Desk Personal Said I have To pay before I leave. I ask her to submit entire bill and I will Pay the different after insurance coverage...read more. They ask to make my next appointment, but don’t me pay after my insurance coverage.I never go back or recommend any body to the place. I have bad experience. read less
