Having recently acquired insurance for the first time on my own, I set out to find the best dentist in my local area. I started with an online search and compared it with the previous dentist I had been visited, telling myself I'd go back if I didn't like the service provided. I settled on bright point because of an outstanding number of positive online reviews. The first appointment lasted about 45 minutes to an hour. It was very professional, educational, and comfortable. I never felt nervous, and always knew what was about to happen next. The office was a bit chilly, but I was offered a fleece blanket :) I've never had so many photos of my mouth taken before either. I was told my previous fillings were of lower quality than what their office used, and should ideally be replaced. Each tooth was gone over individually and then the gun surround each tooth as well. Service was much better than any other dentist I had previously been to. I highly recommend! read less

Danielle instantly knew all the “touchy” spots - some I wasn’t even aware of - and not only watched out for them but let me know if/when she was going near any of them. Complete comfort in spite of my less than stellar habits. Thank you!

I have had such a wonderful experience with Bright Pointe. Dr. Michelle Vredenburg is such a caring dentist. I have always had the fear of going to a dentist, therefore my teeth were in bad shape. I had been to several dentists in the past and my experience was one of " I am not going back" ... I would talk myself right out of it. Then I found this office. You are an individual in this office, not just a number. They take their time and their concern for you is genuinely real. I have continued my treatments with them to the end of fixing my teeth and am very happy with the results. I highly recommend Bright Pointe to anyone, but especially those of us who has had bad experiences with dentists. They are an excellent staff and they show they truly love their jobs. I was welcomed by the receptionist, got thru the little paperwork fast and was on my way for a very relaxing dental visit. Not my typical visit to the dentist! My dental appointment was an hour and half but felt like it was only 10 minutes. Everything was explained, reasoned, making sure I was relaxed and comfortable. Believe it or not...I am looking forward to my next visit!
