Heather worked very well with Caleb. She was patient, knowledgeable, kind, and reassuring toward my son as well as myself. Her explanation of things happening or were about to happen was explained to Caleb in a way that gave him and me clarity and reassurance. Heather was respectful of Caleb and myself, and gave him encouragement when he accomplished what she asked of him. THANK YOU HEATHER!!
