My husband is disabled and the care he received was just excellent. From the check-in to the assistants to the Dr, he was accommodated with such kindness. Great experience in every area of care.
Staff are so friendly and welcoming. They didn't make me feel ashamed due to the horrible state of my teeth. They were detailed in their consultation regarding the various options and pricing. There wasn't any pressure to go one way or another nor was there pressure to move forward with their office. Kind, humble, and very respectful employees!
Dr Erin and Josie were patient and kind when I went in to have my cavities filled. They took good care of me and did a great job.
We had a wonderful experience here. I work in healthcare myself and have high standards of care all of which were met. They didn't try to make me wait in the waiting room when my daughter went back, they had a large TV on and let her choose anything she wanted to watch while they did her fillings, and they were patient with her when she needed breaks. Christine was very welcoming as we walked back to the exam room. She reassured me that I was doing a good job keeping my implant clean and showed me where I needed more work. She provided me with some tools that would help. I had a few questions that answered knowledgeably. I never once felt shame nor have I ever in this office. The girls up front were very kind. It was nice to Dr. Moeller, who also was reassuring. It was a wonderful visit.
